Grill Rules
Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Maximum 2 guests per resident.
- All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
- Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may not operate the grills.
- Please be courteous and limit grill time when others are waiting.
- Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
- Keep the lid open when lighting.
- No outside fuel, charcoal, wood chips, or lighter fluid are allowed.
- Turn off all burners completely before leaving.
- Please clean the grill, countertops, and tables after each use.
- Dispose of all trash properly. Do not pour grease on the ground or in planters.
- If you smell gas, turn off the grill, leave the area, and notify management.
- No smoking, vaping, or glass bottles allowed on the premises.
- Please report any damage or concerns to management.
- Management reserves the right to revoke access or amend rules at its discretion.
- Use at your own risk. Management and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, theft, damage, or injury to any pets, persons, or property.
